About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience for customers. You will maintain clean, neat, and professional presentation standards in your assigned department and perform other duties as necessary and assigned. Seasonal roles are available in Sales departments, including Electronics, E-Games, and Fashion, and in Operations departments, including Credit, General Merchandise/Checkout, and Warehouse.

Requirements

• No specific educational accomplishment is required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask.
• Regular walking, standing, and sitting for extended periods; hearing and talking; occasional stooping, kneeling, or crouching; and potentially moving or lifting items up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.
