About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will help create a shopping experience that makes customers feel welcome and comfortable. You will help maintain clean, neat, and professional presentation standards within your assigned department and perform other duties as necessary and assigned. Seasonal positions are available in Sales departments including Electronics, E-Games, and Fashion, and in Operations departments including Credit, General Merchandise/Checkout, and Warehouse.

Requirements

• No specific educational accomplishment is required.
• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Able to multitask.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
