About The Position

As a Seasonal Associate, you will help create a welcoming and comfortable shopping experience for customers. You will maintain clean, neat, and professional presentation standards in your assigned department and perform other duties as necessary and assigned. Seasonal positions are available in Sales departments including Electronics, E-Games, and Fashion, as well as Operations departments including Credit, General Merchandise/Checkout, and Warehouse.

Requirements

• Ability to read, write, and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Ability to communicate effectively with customers, peers, and management.
• Ability to communicate on the telephone with proper etiquette.
• Enjoy meeting and interacting with customers.
• Possess a strong sense of urgency.
• Ability to multitask.
• Ability to walk, stand, and sit for extended periods; hear and talk; occasionally stoop, kneel, or crouch; and move or lift items up to 50 pounds.

Nice To Haves

• Previous retail or customer service experience is preferred but not required.

Responsibilities
