About The Position

POP MART is hiring a Seasonal Sales Associate to support its retail store during the holiday shopping season. The role is temporary and seasonal, with employment expected to conclude at the end of the designated seasonal period; the end date may vary according to business needs. Continued employment may be considered based on business needs, performance, and available positions, but is not guaranteed.

The associate serves as a brand ambassador, creating positive shopping experiences and helping customers discover POP MART characters and collectibles. The role supports sales goals and daily store operations, including customer service, point-of-sale transactions, merchandising, replenishment, shipment processing, inventory procedures, and maintaining a clean and welcoming store. The position is based at Seattle Premium Outlets in Tulalip Bay, Washington, and pays a fixed rate of $17.13 per hour. It is classified as non-exempt and is eligible for overtime in accordance with applicable law.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Strong customer service skills and a genuine interest in creating positive shopping experiences.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to engage customers from diverse backgrounds.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-energy retail environment.

Nice To Haves

• Passion for designer toys, collectibles, art, anime, gaming, fashion, or pop culture.
• Familiarity with POP MART characters, products, and the collectible toy community.
• Experience using point-of-sale systems, handling merchandise, or supporting inventory operations.

Responsibilities

• Greet shoppers, build genuine connections, and provide friendly, knowledgeable service.
• Share product knowledge, character stories, and enthusiasm for POP MART collectible art toys.
• Make personalized product recommendations and help customers discover products they will enjoy.
• Support store sales goals by promoting key products, new releases, Blind Boxes, MEGA collectibles, and accessories.
• Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently using point-of-sale systems.
• Maintain a clean, organized, visually appealing store that reflects POP MART brand standards.
• Assist with merchandising, product replenishment, shipment processing, and stockroom organization.
• Support inventory accuracy and follow merchandise-handling and loss-prevention procedures.
• Help manage customer traffic, lines, and product launches while maintaining a safe and welcoming environment.
• Collaborate with store leadership and team members to meet daily operational needs, particularly during peak holiday periods.
