About The Position

As a Seasonal Sales Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. You connect with customers, help them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and contribute to a positive, welcoming store environment. The role also includes sales, product presentation, checkout, and routine store-opening and closing tasks.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by following the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge to support customer needs and maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles.
• Inspire customers with product knowledge and tailor assistance to their needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned duties, including floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
