About The Position

The Lane Bryant Associate creates a hospitable store environment through customer engagement that contributes to achieving company goals. The role represents the brand with fashion and product knowledge, helps integrate the omnichannel experience, and supports store operations. The position is part-time at the Valley View Mall store in Roanoke, Virginia.

Requirements

Strong sales or hospitality experience is preferred, with demonstrated ability to meet or exceed performance standards.
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Proficiency and confidence using mobile technology, such as registers and an iPad, to engage with customers.
Ability to frequently adjust or move store fixtures and merchandise weighing up to 25 pounds in all directions, and occasionally move items weighing up to 50 pounds with assistance as available.
Ability to frequently retrieve merchandise stored or displayed above shoulder level, including climbing a ladder up to 12 feet.
Ability to occasionally replace overhead lightbulbs, signs, and similar items using a ladder up to 12 feet.
