About The Position
Squishable is seeking an energetic, experienced Seasonal Store Manager to lead its World Trade Center Mall store through the holiday season. The manager oversees day-to-day store operations and is accountable for the team, sales performance, customer experience, and store standards. The role calls for a hands-on, organized, adaptable, customer-focused retail leader who can keep the store running smoothly during a fast-paced, high-volume season.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of retail management experience, preferably in a high-volume or fast-paced environment.
- Strong leadership skills, including the ability to quickly engage, motivate, and organize a seasonal team.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Highly organized and comfortable balancing multiple priorities during busy periods.
- A hands-on team player willing to jump in wherever needed.
- Flexible availability throughout the holiday season, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Comfort with POS systems and basic retail technology.
- Ability to lift and move cartons weighing up to 25 lbs.
- Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities
- Lead, motivate, and support the store team throughout the holiday season.
- Hire, onboard, and quickly prepare seasonal team members to deliver a strong Squishable customer experience.
- Drive sales and execute holiday promotions and priorities in partnership with the Regional Manager.
- Manage daily store operations, including opening and closing, cash handling, and POS transactions.
- Maintain accurate inventory, timely replenishment, and strong merchandise presentation during high-volume periods.
- Create a fun, welcoming, and efficient customer experience, including during busy shopping days.
- Maintain company policies, operational standards, and a safe, organized store environment.
- Provide hands-on support wherever needed to help the team and keep the store running smoothly.
