As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you blend results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach, you help turn visits into memorable experiences and achieve sales goals by engaging customers and using smart selling behaviors. The role is not limited to cashier duties; customer service is central to the work. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling products, and stay informed about trends and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships, maintain merchandise and displays, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty-program benefits, make sure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve, learn, and achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
