About The Position
UNOde50 is seeking a Seasonal Retail Sales Associate for its Plaza Carolina store. The role focuses on providing personalized customer service, helping customers find jewelry that suits them, and exceeding their expectations. The associate works toward individual and team sales objectives and KPIs, helps maintain the store through opening and closing, cleaning, and visual merchandising, and cares for products while supporting stock control and inventory processes. Candidates should be available to work flexibly Monday through Sunday.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of previous retail experience providing personalized customer service and working toward sales objectives.
- Advanced English proficiency is essential.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Sunday.
- Strong customer orientation, focus on achieving objectives, and motivation to grow and develop professionally.
Responsibilities
- Provide personalized advice and customer service to help customers find jewelry and exceed their expectations.
