About The Position
The Seasonal Retail Sales Associate at UNOde50’s Plaza Las Americas location provides personalized customer service and helps customers find jewelry that meets their needs, aiming to exceed their expectations. The associate works toward individual and team sales goals and KPIs. They also help maintain the store through opening and closing procedures, cleaning, and visual merchandising; care for products; monitor stock; and support inventory processes.
Requirements
- At least 1 year of prior retail experience providing personalized customer service and working toward sales goals.
- Advanced English proficiency is essential.
- Schedule flexibility to work Monday through Sunday.
- Strong customer orientation, goal achievement orientation, and motivation to grow and develop professionally.
