About The Position

As a Sales Associate, you will help create a welcoming, customer-centered store environment grounded in hospitality. You will build genuine connections with customers, share product knowledge, and provide personalized service. You will also contribute to store performance and upkeep by supporting merchandising, inventory replenishment, organization, and brand presentation. The position is regular part-time at the Plaza Las Américas Chico’s store in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Ability to quickly learn new processes and tools.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
