About The Position

Soma is an intimate apparel brand focused on comfort, confidence, and helping women feel empowered. The Sales Associate is the welcoming face of a customer-centered store environment and helps create a culture of hospitality. The role involves building genuine customer connections, sharing product knowledge, and providing personalized service.

Sales Associates contribute to store performance and a positive team environment while supporting merchandising, inventory replenishment, and store organization. This is a regular part-time position at the Plaza Las Américas store in San Juan, Puerto Rico.

Requirements

• Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Team-player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Ability to learn new processes and tools quickly.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Minimum age of 16 in AZ, GA, ID, IL, KS, MS, MO, MT, ND, NV, OK, SD, TX, UT, and VA; minimum age of 18 in all other states.
• Ability to bend, reach, and stretch for products; maneuver around the sales floor and stockroom; operate the register; and lift or carry up to 50 pounds.
