About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-focused selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. On the sales floor and in fitting rooms, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales goals, and inspire customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions, and ensuring the sales floor is ready for customers. During customer interactions, they offer a warm welcome and build relationships through friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable environment by merchandising new receipts, processing damages, testers, and selected merchandise returns to vendors, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere farewell. The role also involves supporting coworkers, collaborating, and continually learning and improving to achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
