As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, provide personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services on the sales floor and in fitting rooms. You work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors, helping build trust and customer loyalty. You also help keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Daily work includes preparing the sales floor, reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and engaging customers in friendly, personal conversations. You maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise to return to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. You share Loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and end interactions with a sincere thank-you. Colleagues support one another and work to improve, achieve sales goals, and contribute to individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
