About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with appropriate products and services. Through product knowledge and customer engagement, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and encourage customer loyalty. The role is more than cashiering: customer service is central to every interaction. You help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and inviting. At the start of the day, you review sales goals, learn about new arrivals, top-selling items, trends, and promotions, and prepare to assist customers. During the day, you maintain shoppable merchandise displays, process damages and items for vendor return, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. You share loyalty-program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
