About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. You work toward selling goals by engaging customers and using effective selling behaviors, building trust and customer loyalty through each interaction. The role is focused on customer service and selling, not just cashiering, and includes helping keep the shopping space clean, organized, and inviting. You prepare for the day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling items, and staying informed about trends and promotions. On the sales floor, you welcome customers and build friendly, personal relationships. You also help maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new merchandise, processing damages, testers, and selected returns to vendors, updating signs and pricing, and assisting with merchandise moves. You support the company’s Loyalty program, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
