About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-driven selling with genuine hospitality to create positive holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Whether on the sales floor or in the fitting room, you use warmth, product knowledge, and a personal approach to build trust, meet sales targets, and encourage customer loyalty. The role is centered on customer service and selling, rather than simply cashiering, and includes helping keep the shopping area clean, organized, and inviting. Colleagues start their day by preparing the sales floor, reviewing goals, and learning about new arrivals, popular items, trends, and promotions. During the day, they engage customers in friendly conversations, maintain merchandise presentation, process damages, testers, and selected vendor returns, update signs and pricing, and support merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits and provide a courteous close to each customer interaction. Colleagues collaborate with one another, work toward individual and store sales goals, and learn from each other. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week. Hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
