About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine sales performance with genuine hospitality to create memorable holiday shopping experiences. You learn what customers need, offer personalized recommendations, connect them with appropriate products and services, and work toward sales goals through customer engagement and effective selling behaviors. You help maintain a clean, organized, inviting sales floor and contribute to a welcoming customer experience. Colleagues prepare for each day by reviewing sales goals, learning about new arrivals and top-selling products, and staying informed about trends and promotions. They engage customers with a warm, personal approach; maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and prices, and supporting merchandise moves; and share loyalty-program benefits while ensuring customers have what they need. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
