About The Position

As a Seasonal Retail Selling Colleague, you combine results-oriented selling with genuine hospitality to create standout holiday shopping experiences. You learn about customers’ needs, offer personalized recommendations, and connect them with suitable products and services. Through customer engagement, product knowledge, and smart selling behaviors, you work toward sales goals, build trust, and inspire customer loyalty. The role includes helping customers on the sales floor and in fitting rooms, and maintaining a clean, organized, inviting shopping space. At the start of the day, colleagues prepare the sales floor, review sales goals, and learn about new arrivals, popular products, trends, and promotions. During the day, they welcome customers, build relationships through friendly conversations, and maintain a shoppable space by merchandising merchandise, processing damages and vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. Colleagues share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and close interactions with a sincere thank-you. They support teammates through honesty, care, and collaboration, and work to improve their own and the store’s results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week; hours depend on business needs and colleague availability.
