Responsibilities

• Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, friendly, and engaging manner.
• Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
• Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain the stockroom to LEGO® Brand Retail standards, adhere to safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
• Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
• Customer engagement.
• Use of promotional materials and loyalty programs.
• Typically responsible for store operational tasks in duty.
