About The Position
Join the LEGO® Brand Retail team as a Seasonal Sales Associate (Brick Specialist) at Dadeland Mall, Miami, FL. This is a seasonal, part-time position expected to last until January, with potential for permanency for excellent performers. The role involves providing inspirational guest experiences in a vibrant store environment, focusing on customer engagement, maintaining store standards, and operating the stockroom efficiently. Requirements
- Must provide availability to work up to 25 hours per week, including at least one weekend day.
- Constant moving, talking, hearing, reaching, grabbing, and standing for at least two consecutive hours.
- May occasionally involve stooping, kneeling, crouching, and climbing ladders.
- Vision abilities include close vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus.
- Involves lifting at least 30 lbs.

Responsibilities
- Ensure a signature experience for every guest by greeting them, performing cash register functions, and maintaining a professional, gracious, friendly, and engaging manner.
- Provide a clean, safe, and visually stimulating environment by performing daily cleaning duties and maintaining store displays according to LEGO® Brand Retail visual standards.
- Safely and efficiently operate the store stockroom, assist in receiving merchandise, maintain stockroom standards, abide by safety regulations, and notify management of potential shortage situations.
- Resolve customer issues and report challenging situations to the manager.
- Engage with customers.
- Utilize promotional materials and loyalty programs.
- Communicate effectively with team members and guests.
- Process information and merchandise through the register system.
- Work various hours, days, nights, and weekends as business decides.
- Freely access all areas of the store including the sales floor, stock areas, register areas, and loading dock area.
