Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Mall Del Norte
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. Your attention to detail and hospitality help ensure each customer feels cared for. The role combines service and support: anticipating team needs, keeping the space ready for customers, and helping create positive customer experiences during the busy season. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability, including days, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to communicate effectively with customers, coworkers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands.
- Ability to stand for at least two consecutive hours and lift at least 25 pounds.
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach, including above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
- Help ensure the sales floor is clean, organized, and prepared for customers.
- Review sales goals, learn about new arrivals and top-selling items, and stay informed about trends and promotions.
- Welcome customers and create friendly, personal conversations that build customer relationships.
- Maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, and selecting merchandise for return to vendors.
- Update signs and pricing and support merchandise moves as needed.
- Share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and provide a sincere thank-you.
- Support teammates through honesty, care, and collaboration.
- Work toward sales goals, improve daily, and learn from colleagues to help deliver individual and store results.
