Seasonal Retail Fragrances Sales Associate, Antelope Valley
About The Position
As a Seasonal Fragrance Sales Support colleague, you help create a warm, inviting experience in the fragrance department. You maintain a beautifully merchandised, fully stocked space while supporting the sales team behind the scenes and on the floor. Tasks include preparing products, restocking displays, and assisting with transactions. The role combines customer service and operational support during the busy season, requiring flexibility, multitasking, and availability for various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Colleagues help keep the sales floor clean, organized, and ready for customers; stay informed about new arrivals, popular items, trends, promotions, and sales goals; and welcome customers with friendly, personal conversations. They maintain a shoppable space by merchandising new receipts, processing damages and testers, selecting merchandise for vendor returns, updating signs and pricing, and supporting merchandise moves. They share loyalty program benefits, ensure customers have what they need, and collaborate with teammates to achieve individual and store results. Seasonal colleagues are typically scheduled for 10–20 hours per week, depending on business needs and colleague availability.
Requirements
- Flexible availability for days, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with regular, dependable attendance and punctuality.
- Ability to understand and communicate effectively with customers, co-workers, and supervisors.
- Ability to read and understand employment policies and safety rules and procedures in English.
- Comfort communicating and collaborating with customers and colleagues.
- Ability to meet daily sales goal challenges.
- Enjoyment of meeting people, learning about them, and sharing information.

- Ability to talk, lift, move constantly, stand, and reach with arms and hands; stand for at least two consecutive hours; lift at least 25 pounds; stoop, kneel, crouch, climb ladders, and reach above eye level.
- Close vision, color vision, depth perception, and focus adjustment.
- Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
Responsibilities
