About The Position

RTIC Outdoors is hiring a Seasonal Retail Associate for its Cypress Flagship store. The role supports the store’s daily operations by welcoming customers, providing product guidance and excellent service, driving sales, processing transactions, and assisting with inventory and merchandising. Associates help create a positive shopping experience, share customer feedback with management, and perform additional duties as needed. The position requires flexibility to support store needs, including second shifts, weekends, holidays, and overtime.

Requirements

Must be at least 16 years old.
Customer service experience; retail experience is preferred but not required.
Excellent customer service, interpersonal, and written and verbal communication skills.
Fluent in English.
Punctuality, time management, and good attendance.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to communicate clearly and follow instructions or direction from Team Leads and Management.
Ability to perform repetitive or continuous physical tasks, including standing for up to 8–10 hours, walking, sitting, using hands and fingers, grasping, reaching overhead, climbing, bending, kneeling, squatting, stretching, pulling, pushing, using ladders, and frequently lifting or moving up to 50 pounds or more.
Flexibility and dependability, including willingness to work overtime, second shift, weekends, and holidays to support store needs.

Responsibilities

Greet and welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
Drive sales through customer engagement, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledge.
Direct or escort customers to merchandise racks and counters.
Manage financial transactions at the point of sale.
Alert management to potential security issues.
Assist with inventory, including receiving and stocking merchandise.
Assist with creating product displays and floorsets.
Keep management informed of customer feedback and process improvement suggestions.
Perform additional duties as needed.
