Associates contribute to customer service, sales goals, store operations, inventory management, and visual merchandising in a fast-paced, team-based retail environment.

Requirements

Responsibilities

Create an unforgettable customer experience and build lasting relationships with customers.
Work with the sales team to provide strong customer service; greet customers promptly and authentically.
Prepare fitting rooms, locate sizes, and provide knowledgeable feedback on merchandise style and fit.
Achieve sales goals in a team-based commission environment.
Develop product knowledge, including the broader fashion landscape and activewear, to assist customers as an expert.
Assist with projects while prioritizing customer experience and communicate inventory needs.
Stock the sales floor each evening and collaborate with management on inventory management.
Clean the retail store regularly, including floors and bathrooms.
Understand and execute cash-control procedures, including bank deposits and petty cash.
Assist with implementing and maintaining merchandising and visual directives.
Keep the selling floor neat, clean, organized, and aligned with the correct visual image.
Identify and communicate product concerns promptly.
