About The Position
As a Seasonal Retail Associate, you promote the company’s culture, values, and mission while sharing your enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves connecting with customers, meeting sales goals, providing product knowledge and style advice, and supporting the store team with daily operations. The position requires flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends, and the ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed. Responsibilities
- Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
- Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the selling strategy.
- Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
- Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
- Understand customers’ personal styles when offering fashion advice.
- Use product knowledge to help meet customers’ needs.
- Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
- Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
- Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
- Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
