About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing a love of fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience for customers. The role involves connecting with customers, offering style advice and product knowledge, achieving sales goals, supporting store operations, and working collaboratively with the team. The position requires flexible availability, including evenings and weekends, and may involve moving products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds.

Eligible associates may receive medical, dental, and vision coverage, term life insurance, paid vacation and holidays, and a 401(k) with company match. All associates are eligible for a merchandise discount. Eligible store hourly associates working on a designated holiday receive additional compensation. The stated pay range is USD $13.50–$16.88 per hour.

• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks such as floor sets, filling the floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
