About The Position

The Seasonal Retail Associate promotes the company’s culture, values, and mission by sharing enthusiasm for fashion and creating an excellent shopping experience. The role involves engaging with customers, supporting sales, providing product and style guidance, and helping maintain store operations and a positive team environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Understand customers’ personal styles and offer fashion advice tailored to them.
• Use product knowledge to meet customers’ needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and maintain a clean, neat, and tidy store.
• Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and colleagues.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
