About The Position

As a Part-Time Supervisor, you will support the management team in creating the best experience for customers and delivering desired results. You will share responsibility for executing assigned store operations and maintaining a visually appealing store. The role involves creating a positive environment that develops and engages managers, associates, and customers. The Part-Time Supervisor reports to the Store Manager.

The position supports sales and business growth, customer relationships and brand loyalty, merchandising and operational standards, and a positive, professional team environment. It also involves performing point-of-sale transactions on designated shifts and carrying out supervisor functions when the Store Manager is absent.

Responsibilities

• Support the management team in achieving sales results and growing the business.
• Demonstrate product knowledge, selling skills, and operational skills to maximize sales.
• Engage with customers to build relationships and brand loyalty using company tools.
• Serve as a role model to team members for delivering the customer experience.
• Support the management team in consistently meeting store merchandising and operational standards.
• Be accountable for assigned tasks and results.
• Learn about all aspects of the business and share ideas to drive the business.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude to create a great work environment.
• Perform POS transactions on designated shifts and execute supervisor functions in the absence of the Store Manager.
