About The Position

The role involves engaging with customers, helping them find products that suit their needs and personal style, and contributing to sales goals and store operations. Associates work collaboratively with the store team to maintain a welcoming environment.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move products and fixtures weighing up to 50 pounds as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage and connect with customers to create an excellent shopping experience.
• Achieve and exceed sales goals by executing the company’s selling strategy.
• Share product knowledge with customers to maximize sales.
• Use company tools to build customer relationships and brand loyalty.
• Offer fashion advice that reflects customers’ personal styles and needs.
• Assist with daily opening and closing tasks and keep the store clean, neat, and tidy.
• Complete assigned tasks, including floor sets, replenishing the sales floor, and ringing up customers.
• Work positively and professionally with the team to create a great environment for customers and coworkers.
• Model the company’s values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
