About The Position

Stock Associates control the flow of merchandise from the stockroom to the retail sales floor. The role includes receiving, unpacking, organizing, storing, packaging, and labeling merchandise. Stock Associates also support the shopping experience by providing customer service and ringing up customers as needed.

The position calls for an engaging, service-oriented, organized, efficient, thoughtful, and self-motivated person who is interested in personal growth and helping others feel good about their individual style. Associates work with store management to meet sales goals, maintain stockroom and merchandising standards, and support store operations.

Requirements

• Flexible availability to meet business needs, including evenings and weekends.
• Ability to bend, lift, open, and move product and fixtures weighing up to 50 lbs. as needed.
• Engaging personality and ability to provide great service.
• Organized and able to complete tasks efficiently.
• Self-motivated, with an interest in personal growth and development.

Responsibilities

• Assist in making sales goals by consistently executing merchandise flow routines.
• Process merchandise deliveries in accordance with the store delivery schedule.
• Maintain an organized and clean stockroom.
• Work with management to execute floor sets.
• Ensure store merchandising and operations standards are consistently met.
• Assist with the physical inventory process.
• Support the store management team with shortage reduction measures.
• Model the company values of respect, integrity, teamwork, compassion, accountability, and inclusivity.
• Provide customer service and ring up customers as needed.
• Receive, unpack, organize, store, package, and label merchandise.
