About The Position

The Stock Associate maintains effective merchandise flow and upholds filling and presentation standards throughout the store and stockroom. Associates typically work three to four shifts per week, with shifts of about four to five hours, though schedules may vary depending on the time of year and business needs. The role may require working most Saturdays, some Sundays, and during peak holiday-season weeks.

The position includes responsibilities related to customer experience, store presentation and the sales floor, the stockroom, communication, asset protection and shrink, policies and procedures, and training and development. The role calls for adaptability and flexibility, applied learning, attention to detail, multitasking, and a strong work ethic.
