About The Position

Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Labor & Delivery) is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. This position requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular regions, and this role will primarily be working in Region C. The work hours are PRN, requiring availability for 24 hours per week, with shifts being Days, 7 AM - 7 PM. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits. Region C includes Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park, and the Specialty Hospital.

Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma, Associate's Degree in Nursing, or Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
  • Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency.
  • 5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty.
  • TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire.
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire.
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire.
  • AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire.
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire or NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire.
