About The Position

Texas Health Central Staffing Office (Labor & Delivery) is an internal staffing department that provides clinical staffing resources for all THR hospitals. This role requires flexibility to float throughout the Metroplex based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office is broken into particular regions, and this position is for Region C, which includes Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park, and the Specialty Hospital. The work hours are PRN, requiring a minimum of 24 hours per week, with shifts from 7 AM to 7 PM. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits.

Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree in Nursing Required, Bachelor's Degree in Nursing Preferred
  • Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
  • 5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
  • TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire Required
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program or NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
