About The Position

This position is for a Seasonal Registered Nurse (RN) in the Central Staffing Office, specifically for Labor & Delivery (L&D). The role is PRN (as needed) for night shifts and requires flexibility to float throughout Region C (Fort Worth, Southwest, Cleburne, Clearfork, Burleson, Willow Park and the Specialty Hospital) based on business needs. The Central Staffing Office provides clinical staffing resources for all Texas Health Resources (THR) hospitals. The work hours are PRN, requiring availability for 36 hours per week, with shifts from 7 PM to 7 AM. This position is not eligible for Full Time or Part Time benefits.

Requirements

  • Nursing Diploma, Nursing Required Or Associate's Degree Nursing Required Or Bachelor's Degree Nursing Preferred
  • Must comply with CLIA regulations regarding foreign education equivalency Required
  • 5 Years experience with three years in the last five years as a Registered Nurse in area of specialty Required
  • TX RN licensure or compact licensure recognized by the Texas Board of Nursing upon hire required
  • BCLS - Basic Cardiac Life Support maintained every 2 years Upon Hire Required
  • ACLS - Advanced Cardiac Life Support Upon Hire Required
  • AWHONN - Advanced Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required Or IFM - Intermediate Fetal Monitoring Upon Hire Required
  • NRP - Essential Neonatal Resuscitation Program Upon Hire Required
  • NRPA-Advanced Neonatal Resuscitation Upon Hire Required
