About The Position

ABM Parking is hiring a Seasonal Parking Attendant in Lowertown St. Paul to support Union Depot’s European Christmas Market. The attendant helps event patrons have a positive parking experience by directing traffic, assisting customers, and supporting smooth lot operations. This outdoor position involves working in the elements, and there are no parking booths at this location. The position pays $25.00 per hour; the specific offer may vary based on the applicant’s experience, skills, abilities, geographic location, and alignment with market data. The 2026 event schedule is Friday through Sunday on November 20–22, November 27–29, December 4–6, December 11–13, and December 18–20. The role is described as suitable for someone entering or returning to the workforce with limited experience and education. No experience or diploma is required, and on-the-job training is provided.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years of age.
No high school diploma, GED, or college degree is required.

Responsibilities

Direct traffic and work near moving traffic while helping customers enter and exit parking facilities.
Communicate with managers to close parking lots when they become full.
Responsibly operate company vehicles in and around traffic.
Stand for extended periods of 3–6 hours.
Provide traffic control during event parking.
Assist patrons attending events at Union Depot.
