Gunstock Mountain Resort is on the lookout for energetic and customer-focused Parking Attendants for the winter season! As a Parking Attendant, you will play a vital role in ensuring guests kick off their resort experience on a positive note. Your responsibilities will include directing guests to designated parking areas in a friendly and organized manner while managing traffic flow to ensure the safety of both vehicles and pedestrians. You'll also support Shuttle Drivers during pick-up and drop-off, contributing to a seamless transportation experience.
Requirements
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment
- Good communication skills to direct guests effectively
- Able to physically handle tasks such as snow shoveling and trash removal
- Able to stand in a stationary position for extended periods
Responsibilities
