About The Position
Gunstock Mountain Resort is seeking energetic, customer-focused Parking Attendants for the winter season. In this onsite role, you will help guests begin their resort experience positively by directing them to designated parking areas, managing traffic flow, and supporting shuttle pick-up and drop-off. The position involves interacting with guests in a fast-paced environment and helping maintain the resort in winter conditions.
Requirements
- Ability to provide exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.
- Good communication skills to direct guests effectively.
- Ability to physically handle tasks such as snow shoveling and trash removal.
- Ability to stand in a stationary position for extended periods.
Responsibilities
- Direct guests to designated parking areas in a friendly and organized manner.
- Manage traffic flow to promote the safety of vehicles and pedestrians.
- Support Shuttle Drivers during pick-up and drop-off.
- Perform snow shoveling and trash removal.
