About The Position

This is a part-time position for a Parking Attendant located in Hollywood, CA. The role involves assisting customers with various needs within the parking garage, ensuring smooth operations, and maintaining a professional presence. The shift for this position is a swing shift.

Requirements

• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to communicate professionally with customers, tenants, and visitors.
• Dependable and punctual, with availability to work afternoons and weekends.
• Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
• Comfortable working around vehicles and within a parking garage environment.
• Basic ability to operate parking equipment and learn parking access/payment systems.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during the shift.

Nice To Haves

• Prior parking, hospitality, security, valet, or customer service experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers experiencing issues while exiting the garage.
• Assist with parking tickets, payments, validations, and general parking questions.
• Monitor the exit area and help minimize vehicle backups.
• Provide directions and parking information to customers.
• Assist customers throughout the parking facility as needed.
• Report equipment malfunctions, incidents, and unusual activity to management.
• Maintain a professional and visible presence within the garage.
• Perform other parking operational duties as assigned.
