Responsibilities

• Assist customers as they enter and exit the parking facility.
• Provide directions and parking assistance to residents, guests, and visitors.
• Monitor parking areas and report access, equipment, safety, or operational issues.
• Assist with vehicle traffic and congestion during busy periods.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of assigned parking areas.
• Respond professionally to customer questions or concerns.
• Coordinate with parking management and other team members as necessary.
• Follow PCI operating procedures, safety requirements, and customer-service standards.
• Perform other parking-related duties assigned by management.
