About The Position

Three Rivers Park District is hiring Seasonal Park Service Assistant Lead positions at Hyland Hills Ski Area in Bloomington, Minnesota. The role provides a wide variety of facility, public relations, security, and safety support to enhance park guest experiences while protecting Park District property and resources. The starting salary is $21.00–$23.00 per hour, depending on qualifications. The posting is scheduled to close on December 1, 2026. Hyland Hills employees receive a free unlimited ski pass for the entire season. Three Rivers Park District manages more than 27,000 acres of parks and trails in the Twin Cities area. The organization employs full-time, part-time, and seasonal staff to provide park opportunities and facilities. Requirements

High school graduation or GED, plus two years of post-high-school education in parks and recreation, natural resources, social sciences, law enforcement, or criminal justice studies; an equivalent combination of education and/or experience; or pursuit of a career in natural resources or park law enforcement.
Valid Class D Minnesota Driver's License and ability to operate cars and light trucks.
Current First Aid and CPR certification upon appointment and throughout employment.
