About The Position

Urban Air South Portland is seeking a hardworking, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills. The role supports a strong team environment and helps promote a positive workplace for employees and customers. Management Team members are trained across the business and receive the tools and knowledge needed to support store operations and events, including birthday parties, corporate events, and Teen Night.

The Park Lead helps oversee day-to-day Park operations, staff, equipment, inventory, maintenance, and safety. The position requires availability to work nights and/or weekends.

Requirements

• High school diploma.
• Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
• Proven conflict management skills.
• Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
• Ability to work nights and/or weekends.

Nice To Haves

• Some college is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
• Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
• Monitor on-site staff.
• Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
• Promote safety for employees and customers.
