About The Position
Urban Air Adventure Parks is seeking a hard-working, responsible, light-hearted Park Lead with strong customer service skills who will support and promote a strong team environment. The Management Team is trained across the business and receives tools and knowledge to support successful birthday parties, corporate events, Teen Nights, and other park operations. The role includes overseeing staff and maintaining a safe, well-maintained park.
Requirements
- High school diploma.
- Prior experience in a supervisor-level role.
- Proven conflict management skills.
- Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations.
- Ability to work nights and/or weekends.
Nice To Haves
- Some college is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Open and close the Park on specified weekdays and weekends.
- Promote team culture throughout the Park among employees and customers.
- Monitor on-site staff.
- Monitor proper maintenance and inventory of the Park and its equipment.
- Promote safety for employees and customers.
