About The Position

The Seasonal Sales Professional guides and inspires customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. The role delivers the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through welcoming, engaging, and inquisitive conversation that builds human connections. Sales Professionals circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, explain Loyalty programs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. They also deliver operational excellence by using the store’s fulfillment system and maintaining merchandise-to-sell standards, the sales floor, and fitting rooms.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop; color vision may be involved.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Ability to use computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and process register transactions.
