About The Position

Bloomingdale’s Seasonal Sales Professionals guide and inspire customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. They deliver the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through welcoming, engaging, and inquisitive conversation that creates human connections with customers. The role includes circulating the sales floor, determining customer needs, explaining Loyalty programs, and supporting the shopping experience from start to finish. Sales Professionals also deliver operational excellence by using the store fulfillment system and maintaining merchandise-to-sell standards, the sales floor, and fitting rooms.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret instructional documents, including safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to reach, crouch, kneel, and stoop; color vision may be involved.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
Frequent use of computers and other technology, including handheld equipment and cash registers, and ability to process register transactions.
