About The Position

The Seasonal Outlet Team Associate guides and inspires customers to make style a source of creative energy in their lives. The role delivers the Bloomingdale’s customer experience through welcoming, engaging, and inquisitive conversation that builds human connections with customers. Associates circulate the sales floor, determine customer needs, explain the benefits of Loyalty programs, and support the shopping experience from start to finish. They also help deliver operational excellence through the store fulfillment system, merchandise-to-sell standards, and upkeep of the sales floor and fitting rooms.

Requirements

Ability to read and interpret instructional documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedural manuals.
Ability to work a flexible schedule during retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
Ability to use technology, including computers, handheld equipment, and cash registers, and process register transactions.
Ability to stand and walk for prolonged periods.
Ability to frequently lift or move up to 25 pounds.
