About The Position

The Part-time Stock Associate at BOSS Outlet Jersey Gardens helps convey a positive impression of HUGO BOSS by supporting an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies. The role receives, processes, stocks, and replenishes merchandise; assists customers with merchandise questions and selection; and supports store management in following Health & Safety policies, procedures, and applicable local regulations and HUGO BOSS standards.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of stock experience.
Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle merchandise and place, ship, and receive product.
Ability to work with retail operating systems and use a PC and scanning equipment.
Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stock rooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team environment.

Responsibilities

Compare merchandise invoices with items received to verify shipments are correct.
Display merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales-floor merchandise.
Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items that need replenishment.
Answer customers’ questions about merchandise and advise them on merchandise selection.
Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Assist with implementing Health & Safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow applicable local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS Health & Safety standards.
