About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet at Jersey Gardens. The role represents the brand by delivering an exceptional shopping experience, presenting merchandise, and carrying out operational strategies that support positive operating profits. The associate provides customer service, drives personal sales, completes transactions accurately, follows store procedures and policies, supports community engagement, and assists with health and safety practices.

Requirements

2–3 years of specialty retail sales experience.
Strong customer service and selling experience.
Independent, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
Strong business acumen, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Nice To Haves

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

Use effective communication and problem-solving skills to deliver exceptional customer service and drive business with the merchant group.
Achieve positive personal sales results through relationship selling, building a client base, and providing exemplary customer service.
Complete sales transactions accurately and efficiently, and maintain proper cash and media accountability at POS registers.
Ensure standard operating procedures are executed and policies are followed.
Build relationships with the community through personal involvement, PR events, and advertising opportunities.
Assist with implementing health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow local laws and regulations and observe HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
