About The Position

HUGO BOSS is seeking a part-time Sales Associate for its BOSS Outlet Garden City location. The role helps create an exceptional customer shopping experience, presents merchandise effectively, and carries out operational strategies that support positive store operating profits. The associate handles merchandise receiving, stocking, inventory, display upkeep, and customer questions while supporting store management with health and safety practices and operational procedures.

Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent experience.
1–2 years of stock experience.
Effective time-management skills and the ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
Ability to handle merchandise, place merchandise, and ship and receive product.
Ability to use retail operating systems, a PC, and scanning equipment.
Ability to remain mobile on the sales floor and in stock rooms for extended periods in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to contribute to an effective and productive team environment.

Responsibilities

Compare merchandise invoices with items received to confirm shipments are correct.
Display merchandise on shelves, counters, or tables to attract customers and promote sales.
Receive, open, unpack, and issue sales-floor merchandise.
Stock shelves, racks, cases, bins, and tables with new or transferred merchandise.
Take inventory or examine merchandise to identify items needing replenishment.
Answer customers’ merchandise questions and advise them on merchandise selection.
Clean display cases, shelves, and aisles.
Assist with implementing health and safety policies and operational procedures, using provided training and guidance to support store management.
Follow local laws and regulations and HUGO BOSS health and safety standards.
