About The Position

Clarks is hiring a part-time Sales Associate to join its team. The role focuses on delivering positive sales results and excellent customer service while representing the Clarks brand. Associates organize merchandise and back stock, maintain product placement, support store maintenance and merchandising, follow loss-prevention policies, and complete assigned tasks. The position requires standing for extended periods, frequent bending, climbing and moving ladders, and lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Consistently deliver positive sales performance.
• Organize store merchandise and back stock and ensure proper product placement.

• Upsell multiple pairs of shoes and accessories when appropriate.
• Represent the Clarks brand.
• Follow policies and procedures related to loss prevention and shrinkage.
• Assist with store maintenance and merchandising to create a visually compelling environment.
• Contribute to a comfortable work environment for colleagues.
• Complete assigned tasks and responsibilities.
